Building workboats on a large scale: Groeneveldt is specialized in building various types of workboats for civil engineering projects.
BOATS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Construction number 100. This will be a work ship of 20 meters long and 8 meters wide. Equipped with two Volvo Penta D 13 MH engines. On deck we install a FASSI Marine crane of 72 tons/meter.
Construction number 102. This will be a work ship of 33 meters long and 7.80 meters wide. We install 2200 KW batteries below deck. There are no diesel engines on board. On deck we install a FASSI Marine crane of 41 tons/meter.
Construction number 103. This will be a work ship of 32 meters long and 8.05 meters wide. Equipped with two Volvo Penta D8MG generator sets. We install a FASSI Marine crane of 80 tons/meter on deck.
Construction number 104.This will be a work ship of 10 meters long and 4.05 meters wide. We install 400 KW batteries below deck. On deck we install a FASSI Marine crane of 10 tons/meter.
Construction number 105. This will be a work ship of 16 meters long and 6 meters wide. Equipped with two Doosan engines. On deck we install a FASSI Marine crane of 27.5 tons/metewr.
Construction number 106. The engineering of this construction number is in full swing. We hope to strart construction in February 2025. more information will follow soon.

ABOUT GROENEVELDT
Groeneveldt is located in the Netherlands, on the waterfront in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. Our company has built its reputation on designing, building, and delivering workboats. From start to finish, everything is done in-house. Each workboat is custom built to accommodate the customer's wishes and requirements, which means that every boat has unique features. The working vessels we build are mainly used for civil engineering projects.

Province of Utrecht
We are proud of the assignment.We are allowed to build the new work ship for the province of Utrecht.This work ship is fully electrically powered and delivery will be in November 2024
Martens en van Oord
We have been commissioned by the Oosterhout company Martens en Van Oord to buildtheir first completely emission-free work ship.We will put this Q1-2025 into service.
Towing company Bootsma
We have started the construction of a multifunctional ship for towing company Bootsma.The two rudder propellers will ensure excellent maneuverability during all work .A 15-ton winch,together with a Fassi Marine crane, ensures working pleasure on deck.We hope to deliver the ship in Q4-2024.
Merwestroom
The development of this all-electric workboat is progressing steadily. What also makes this vessel so special is that it is a 3-in-1 workboat, bunker boat, and crane platform – a true all-rounder.
